A Wisconsin apartment owner was indicted for seven asbestos removal violations. During the removal of pipe containing asbestos, the known cause for Mesothelioma, he violated environmental procedures designed to protect people from Mesothelioma causing asbestos.
Reality is sometimes stranger than fiction. I hope that he is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law sending a clear message to any who violate the laws to avoid expensive asbestos cleanup.
