Driving the roadways, it is apparent that 18 wheelers and commercial vehicles travel the road as if they own the highway. Some drivers’ attitude is that the car better get out of the way because I’m a lot bigger. When driving the roadway, be vigilant in your lookout and when you see an 18 wheeler, expect it may negligently pull out in front of you so you can take evasive action. 18 wheelers dominate the road on a daily basis. Unfortunately, due to their extreme size and weight, thousands of motorists are killed, critically injured and suffer life-long disabilities as a result of collisions involving tractor trailers, 18 wheelers, semis, and other big rigs.
