		<description>I thought Gov Jindal was opposed to the federal government getting involved in local issues.  He ridiculed the study of volcanic eruptions in his response to President Obama&#039;s speech to Congress.  Why is drywall problems in Louisiana more of a federal issue than volcanic eruptions in other states?</description>
