Too often we overlook the heroic efforts made by our State Troopers who make Louisiana a better place for all of us to live. Car accidents, 18 wheeler accidents, roadside emergencies, you name it and the State police are there to serve and protect us.
Troopers Pellerin, Durling, Duplechein and Schittone were recently singled out for their efforts on the state and local level, and should be commended.
I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate them and all of their fellow troopers for jobs well done. I have personally witnessed the fine work of these courageous and loyal people.
As an attorney who represents people injured on our highways, my clients and I salute the Louisiana State Police. We also thank their family and friends for the many sacrifices made so their troopers can serve the public.
