Most of the time we face off as advisories in the courtroom; however, yesterday both defense and plaintiffs’ attorneys came together- just as lawyers. The goal was continue our legal education and better serve our clients.
In response to new government regulations affecting Medicare and lawsuits, Neblett, Beard & Arsenault hosted a luncheon seminar with Medicare set-aside expert, Matt Garrison. Attorneys from across the area- some even from further away- came together to learn the in’s and out’s of the new regulations.
It is always a great thing when you can gather both the defense and the plaintiffs bar together in a cordial, learning environment. We were floored we the positive response and the number of lawyers that were able to attend. We hope to expand on this tradition by offering future seminars that give all us of the chance to come together to learn and break bread.
